Notes

This time I set my target heart rate to 133 to push it a little harder. I think I'm improving at this because it felt a little easier. Because the stupid thing always reports the same speed this is only a guess. I'd love to get out on a real bike soon and see where I'm at or even use the stationary at the Princeton Fitness Center.
