10,10,10 today with no weight. I did my work out while cleaning the garage so there were longer intervals. Evne though my progress has been slow, its still cool that I can do 3 sets of 10 pull ups where as when I started I could only do 3 sets of 7.
I think once I start my marathon training in a couple weeks I am going to stop tracking these workouts as I'm going to be moving to more informal workouts and in general devote less time to this and more to running. I don't need to be building any more muscle at this point, just losing more fat.
