This went pretty much as awesome as possible. Since I did the same loop 4 times I was able to get some good splits. Started out a bit fast the first 4 miles with 8:20 then I slowed it down to 8:31 the next 5, at which point I was feeling great. Kept up the same pace the next 4 miles with 8:30. Then I decided although I was starting to feel tired, I felt strong enough to kick it in. My average pace for the last 5 miles was 8:03. I am quite pleased with this run. No major problems but some little pains here and there, but thats to be expected. Probably my best run . Cause I pushed it a bit much, I'm going to skip my speed this week and focus on recovery. Also great cloudy cool weather.
