Nice and easy hour on the treadmill. I started at 7.1 for the first 2. Then 7.2 for the next 3 and 7.3 for the last 2. Still kept my HR below 150. I think 7.3 is still a bit fast for a recovery run but 7.2 is fine. Next time I'll just keep it at 7.2 the whole time.
