Worked from home today. Nice run outside in milder weather. A bit windy but nothing like Sunday. Felt good and sped up a bit at the end, but still kept it easy with HR under 150.
A beautiful day for a run! I am jealous! A 142 average HR over roughly 8 miles at a near sub 8 min pace is solid work man. Your fitness level is nasty. You are totally going to have a field day with that Dirty German 50 miler!

Agreed - this is a remarkably low HR for that pace and distance. I look like a field mouse in comparison. Nice work duder.
