Decided to shorten this to 15 because I went for 31 rather than 25 last week and it was less than a week ago so if I did 20 I would have run close to 70 miles this week which is too much for me to be starting my taper. Felt pretty good. I kep my pace at around 9 minutes for most of it except when I stopped for GU twice and record video once. I once again got to run with Justin. That was nice because it broke up the run nicely and made it feel even shorter than it already was. 6.5 to Justin. Then the 5 with Justin flew by and then 3.5 to April's parents. Easy peasy. This distance represents one of the loops I will have to do 3 times for my 50. Everything is feeling good. Legs and feet are good. I'm not going to do anything longer til my ultra. Maybe a 12 miler next weekend.
