I'm glad I decided to try out the Kenpo X but I am pretty sure I am not going to do it again. I don't mean to sound like I'm super fit or anything, but this was just not challenging at all. It was supposed to be a cardio workout but with an average HR of just under 100, I don't think it worked. And I swear I was giving it my all and even doing the "advanced" moves when possible. But its all good because I went running later on in the day :)
