An awesome Father's day run with Joe on the tow path. I wanted to take it nice and easy and do high 9 minute pace but then we got into a spirited conversation about politics and next thing we knew, we were in the 8s and forgot to turn around at 1.5. It was a great conversation and a great run. My knee feels pretty darn good, so I'm allowing myself to be cautiously optimistic :)
