First time running after my cold. Well the truth is I still have it, but I was feeling a bit better so I figured I'd a few easy miles. When I try to run through a cold it just makes it worse for me. Now that its night time I dont feel that great again. Tomorrow is a rest day and then we'll see what I'm up for in Thursday. May have to skip the quality then too unfortunately. Better to be safe. It's still early and if I'm going to have one cold during this training I'd definitely choose right now.
