Wow, this was a tough one! Really happy to get through it. This was the ladder, 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. With 400 in between. That 1600 was rough. Happy with the pace I chose. Faster would have felt too hard this was already pretty damn hard.
