Notes
this felt really nice. I knew I was going a little quicker, but it wasn't quite as humid because it was later in the day, but not as warm as its been. Also it was overcast and a little rainy so actually quite nice. I was working through some issues at work and just coasting along the tow path. Very happy with today's run. Legs feel good.
