Notes

I decided to do the 24 min hill workout I used to do a while a go when I was injured to see what it felt like. Well my bike fitness has definitely improved because I put it on level 8 and it was really no problem. Afterwards I put it on level 5 manual for 11 minutes and that was quite tough. Got my HR up to 141. Felt good about the workout today.
