Lifted today and finally made a little progress and lifted a bit more in chest and shoulders. Then I did a faster treadmill workout. Started at 7 mph and bumped it up .1 for every .1 mile then ran the 2nd mile at 8 mph and then again for the third mile bumped it up every .1 Finished the last .1 mile at 9 mph. That does feel pretty fast for me. I can't imagine running any kind of real distance at that pace.
