I'm so glad I was able to get this done. I had some doubts throughout. I started feeling the knee at around 4 miles in, but it wasn't that bad so I figured I'd keep going and see if it got much worse. It never really did. There were long periods in the later part of the run where the knee was fine and I just had general soreness. I have probably been a bit too cautious, but I just wanted to be safe.

Now a couple hours after my run it is feeling a bit sore. I'll make sure to ice tonight and probably take some advil. I'm happy that I have a step back week next week. I'll probably skip the double as well especially since I have that 5k corporate run. I am not going to go all out on that, but I will run fairly hard, like a hard tempo.

Also, still fat. No surprise there though. I was kind of counting on the weight just starting to come off with all of these miles but I'm still eating like total bozo.
