Notes
Since I've been missing so many days of running for various reasons I decided to go for it and do my 10K time trial. Unfortunately because I'm a moron, I didn't run as far as I should have. Oh well. I'm somewhat happy with how I did. I do really need to start running more consistently, but that won't be tomorrow because we're getting over a foot of snow.
