I did not have time to do the 8 I was scheduled to, so I figure I'll do a short run tomorrow to make up for it. I decided to use the treadmill because it was low 90s and humid and I've done enough of that lately and needed a break. I don't know why my HR is high on this treadmill. I wonder if its calibrated right. I think I asked this before. I guess in the end, it doesn't matter that much. I'm getting a good workout in. Perhaps I'll go a bit slower and take my HR more into account. Also I did do 10 x 100 m strides, so thats definitely part of why it was higher, but still doesn't account for all of it.
