Absolutely beautiful out. I was a bit tired when I started because I had just run 10 last night, but it ended up being alright. In fact I got into a good groove and was feeling good. Legs are feeling pretty good but in general getting out for runs is getting a bit hard with the miles adding up. This is to be expected especially with a bit of a calorie deficit I've got going since I started watching my food. Over all I am pretty darn happy with this week.
