Well this went quite well. I just did 66 laps straight and felt pretty good. I finished pretty strong and felt like I could just keep going. I'm surprised that I didn't lose much fitness. I do need to improve my form though. Still I'm happy with my workout and I'm glad I didn't run today cause my legs need a break. Tomorrow if I'm feeling up to it I'll do a tempo run.
