Ran with Marc. We talked the whole time and kept the pace really easy. We sped up a bit near the end and I felt very comfortable considering the distance. I was a little surprised at how slow our pace was. I would have liked to have gone a bit faster but it's nice to do almost 16 miles and feel so good. Next time I'll go a minute faster. Also absolutely beautiful weather!
