Wasn't feeling too good this morning. Definitely sore and worn out from yesterday's run as well as all of the yard work. Actually thought I might be coming down with a cold but then I figured I'd run anyway and do a really easy recovery run even though I wasn't scheduled to run. That's exactly what I did and I felt great! Crazy low HR to boot. I'll take it. 5 days in a row of running is feeling good. I swear my legs felt better in the afternoon after this run. I think daily running suits me well.
