Notes
Started off this morning as usual. Drove to the train station got on the train for about 40 minutes and got off. Except I was still at the same train station because my freaking train went no where. So I decided to work from home, which ain't too bad.
My HR strap was at work so I just decided to go for an easy run and the weather is absolutely gorgeous today. I was all excited but was feeling kind of bleh on the run. I couldn't really get into a good groove so by the end of the run I started to go faster to just get the run over with already. I did start to feel a bit better in the end so I just turned into a progression run of sorts with mostly just a fast last mile. I wasn't at 100% and was trying to control it, whatever that means :)
