Notes
This run started slowwwww, but thankfully i was able to pick it up slowly. The break was:
2 mile:17:30, first mile was 9:03
4 mile: 34:16
6 mile: 50:43
7 mile: 58:35
I basically tried picking it up slowly from about mile 3 on. I was trying to make each 2 mile segment faster than the previous one.
