Notes
This morning was quite a surprise. I parked at the school next to Champs High School and there was an XC race going on there. I wish i would have gotten there early to watch the races. The weather wasnt too bad but it was gloomy with a slight breeze at 57 degrees. It felt chilly to be honest and i warmed up while running and when i changed and took off my quarter zip into a jersey, i got even colder. I felt some relief when the sun came out for a little.
I was feeling beat up and sore so getting 10 miles is about 6 more than i could have imagined. I really thought i would be lucky to get even 4 miles in. Also, i started out slow and maintained a solid pace overall.
