I felt like crap starting out. Just felt flat with no energy at all. I am feeling zapped on a daily basis these days. the weather was raining and so i was happy to run under the treee cover at times. The one issue with that is i feel like the GPS can go wacky at times and not be accurate. I tried to keep it slow today so i could recover but it was a grind anyways as the fatigue was bad before even starting.
