Notes

Today I just got in there just out of habit. I was tired and a bit lethargic since I didn't eat lunch till so late , like 5pm. The lift was solid though. I did a lot of culr, bodyweight dips, tricep extensions. Also did some chest press. I didn't go real hard but am happy I made it there.
