Notes

My aerobic felt fine but my groin was still very stiff and tight. It was like the faster i ent the tighter it was getting. I have to figure out how i can overcome this. The run wasnt painful but was uncomfortable knowing my groin was having issues and literally prevented me from picking it up. I took me over 1.5 miles just to get to 8 minute pace. So i started really slow and just gradually picked it up.
