Notes
Today was a bit of a mess. I couldnt find my stuff for running and found out all my shoes were still wet so running on a treadmill became interesting and slippery. The moment i started i was already having issues with slipping but kept at it. I had to keep the pace more calm because of that but i was also still beat up and felt like crap. Still feeling fatigued and lacking energy.
I eventually had to go outside to finish the last mile bc my shoes were so soaked that it was impossible to run on the treadmill. I was also very fatigued so i ran outside and ended up stopping like 3 times in that last mile so i did dig deeper into the stores today which will only make the fatigue worse in the future.
I need to try drinking water during my runs .
