Notes
This run was a cold and windy one. I ran on the trails near work. The trails were solid and not too muddy. I started extra slow at 8:35 and just progressed from there. I slowly got faster, which i wasnt focused on. I was just focusing on getting the miles in without getting hurt. I made a couple bad steps that were painful on the trail but nothing that made me stop. I had the achilles pain still before but was able to tune it out while i ran. I was happy with this run overall. Last mile was 7:13, so not too bad. It was much harder to breath through the face mask and found myself gasping for hair a few times.
