Notes
This run started off slow as the first couple miles were near 8 minutes. the legs were super sore and tired. the weather was cooler than normal with a breeze around 13 mph which did suck at times when i got a huge headwind. I actually never stopped for water no this run even though i desperately needed it. But in order for me to get water i would have ended up running closer to 14 miles or so. I decided to try to go without it and it was tough to be honest.
