Notes
This run was tough as the weather was brutal and i felt it very early on. When i started the run, it was 83 degrees and 95% humidity and by the time i finished it was 90 and blazing. I struggled badly and got to the point of feeling like i was going to puke from heat exhaustion.
I didnt care about pace as i was running on some of the rough horse trails. Even ran into several spider webs...which sucked.
