Notes
This run was a lot longer than i expected. It was raining really hard minutes before i ran but by the time i got out the door it was only sprinkiling and it actually stayed like that which i was thankful of. The temps were cooler than usual although it was still humid. The upside was it was not super sunny and 80+ degrees and super humid. The rain didnt bother me much and i felt like i was sweat a little less due to the less extreme heat. No the miles were slow getting started and i maintain a prett even mid-7 minute pace. I was staying relaxed and trying to not make the already sore legs more fatigued.
