Notes
The weather was a little cooler this morning and only a slight breeze. It was much sunnier half way through than it was when i started, The pace was slow this morning. My tendon felt okay and just tight. Nothing super painful. I am heavy so running paces i was use to running even at an easy effort are no longer that easy, but i try to keep it going. amnd just run slow and comfortable.
