Today went better than i expected. I wasnt really expecting to run more than maybe 4 or 5 miles. Shoot as of lately, even getting in 6 miles has been a struggle. Well today went far better. It might be partially due to the weather being way cooler than it was previously and humidity not being at 99% like normal. The trails were definitely softer and less pounding on my legs which i know will help in the long run even if the pace was slower.
i started out slow and really maintained being in pretty relaxed condition for the run. I did have to stop a few times' to stretch but overall, it was a huge win. I was not nearly as fatigued and struggling as i would normally be running in the neighborhood.
