This run felt off and not great. My legs were really sore and the first minute into the run i was tempted on shutting it down. The pegasus i have also have been a constant issue. Anytime i try t run in them my calves and feet kill me throughout the whole run and that doesnt matter if its outside or on a treadmill. That pair of shoes is just not good. I tried to remain relaxed which was hard given my form was off due to the shoe problem.
10mph winds made it chillier.
