Notes

I ate lunch around 5:30pm and had no intention on lifting tonight. However, Bobby guilted me into it and got m hyped. So itook a little pre-workout and just headed to the gym to see what I could get done before the UFC fights tonight. I hit a variety of muscles. I wasn't planning on going tonight mainly bc my groin was hurting from running ths morning. Spent about 5 minutes stretching afterward which I need to spend more time on in the future.
