Notes
This run started off slow as crap. I know the pace and my watch was way off. It said i was running like 8:49 pace and that the overall pace for the first 9 miles was 8:16. It was slow but nowhere near that slow. Legs were heavy and man it felt so cold out. I am not use to this weather.
