Notes
This run was tough as the temps and humidity were high. The weather really took a toll on me early on. The heat was a big struggle but i tried to really keep it together. I did have to stop and walk a couple times as it was too much to try to run up the high steps on the backside of the park.I ended up driving back home to jaime's and did another 2 miles on the treadmill.
