Notes
This run was tough. My legs felt like shit and i was tight. I decided to go out and try to get a few miles in. Very early on i wasnt sure i would make it more thjasn a couple miles because i was so beat up and legs were fatigued. They literally felt so heavy and lackluster. Shit was tough but i pushed on. The weather was decent and actually got a little warmer which felt good and i had to strip the hoodie by mile 5. Dehydration was huge factor and i was feeling it.
