This run was rough. It started out so dang slow with the firsdt mile barely faste than 9 minute pace, which i call BS on. that cant be right. Otherwise i was dealing with my typical leg issues and breathing was a bit off.Defintely impressed and proud i made it as far as i did. The run was brutal and tough as i dehydrated.
