Notes
This was a tough run as i didnt get to run much in the shade at all and instead was exposed to the bright sun in 85-92 degrees with high humidity. It was already 85 when i started and over 90 when i finished. It really had me sweating and extremely dehydrated. I stopped at 8.4 to get some much needed water and to change shoes to something a bit lighter. Then finished up my miles. I am pleased with how it went today considering how hot and humid it was already at 8:30am.
