Notes
This run was solid! I pushed it a tittle endurance wise as i have not ran this much in quite a while. I impressed myself to be honest. The pace started off at 7.8 mph and i just tried to gradually get faster as the distance increased.The first couple miles were at 7.8, then 3/4 were at 7.9. Mile 5 was 8mph and then i just played around and did some pick-ups like 2 minute on/2 minutes off.
I didnt stop at all for water or anything today. Ran it straight through without any pain thankfully.
