This run was ugly and again my legs felt heavy like cinderblocks. I didnt have this issue before TRT, I rememebr this being an issue in the past too. I need to figure out how to fix it. I tcaused me to not run far and have to stop multiple times. I felt winded in times when th epace i was running would be a jog
