This was a humid run that was rough with the wind blasting me in the face.14mph winds made it rough at times and not to mention my les felt like crap bc they were so heavy. It felt like my legs were cent blocks. My brathing felt shitty but at least i was able to run uder 8 minute pace after mile 1.
