Cool, breezy morning ride that started with about 3 miles in the neighborhood an then led to riding out west on the WO&D. Ride was a easy / long effort with dome small surges. I did have some pain in my groin when my foot slipped off the pedal as well as tightness following the ride .I cant wait till I can run again. I hope soon .There were a few miles that were quick and one was almost 20mph, which is awesome on a heavy hybrid.
