The run went better than i expected. After the last few failed attempts. I was aimin to MAYBE get a mile in if i were lucky. Somehow, i was able to run pretty comfortably 4 miles. It wasnt until the last mile that i felt some tightness in my right hip/quad but it was tolerable and nothing concerning.
