Legs felt like crap this morning snd i was lacking any energy at all. I know a lot has to do with the running and training this week and definitely the lack of food intake yesterday with the late-night lift. The run started slow as my legs felt heavy and lethargic. No pop whatsoever. Watch was still acting weird but i just tried to do my best and make it through.
