Notes
This run was awful. I got up wxtremely tired and fatigued from drinking last night and barely eating anything but chicken tenders. Also was extremely dehydrated from not drinking water and the 5 hour drive in 95 degrees. I was tight and literally woke up late so david got me up to go running and i had no time to wake up, go the bathroom or loosen up. The run wass around his neighborhood. The pace was slooowwww and my form was AWFUL as i was just so tight and didnt start loosening up until we were basically done the 3 miles. I know we were on a time crunch and already felt like shit so continuing to run wasnt going to be smart or in the books today.
