I did this immediately after running 4 miles on the treadmill, which i was happy with. the bike felt decent and i felt like it was easier than normal even though i was on the same level 10 as always. It was shorter as well so maybe thats why i wasnt fatiguing as bad.. No tibia pain, which i s great.
