Notes
This run was brutal! It wasnt enough to have some dead legs but the wind....was epic today. The temperatures were great with it already being 69 degrees and sunny. The downside was it was 25 mph winds with 50 mph gusts. this made running extremely hard and depressing. I felt like i was pushing so hard to barely move. The miles were slow which was the least of my worries given the conditions. This was a gut check and really took me being mentally strong to get through it because i honestly wanted to quit by mile 2.
