Notes

This ride was tough as i was already beat and soaked from running. I was dragging a bit to be honest. Im glad i was able to push through though and made it to mile 10. I was battling with stopping a couple times but didn't want to give up. Hopefully, i can run more and bike less soon. This was done at the Sterling Planet Fitness, so the bike is a bit different from what i normally ride. I rode on level 7 for intensity as i was struggling and wanted to make it through on the ride.
